Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: [SEPTEMBER 1, 2026] · Version v1.0-2026
Applies to everything captured, uploaded, or written on Unseen Roll.
Never allowed
- Child sexual abuse material, in any form. Detected material is blocked and reported to NCMEC. Zero tolerance.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism, or photography where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathrooms, changing areas).
- Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against a person or group.
- Illegal content or use of the service to plan or commit crimes.
- Malware, scraping of other people's galleries, credential attacks, or attempts to bypass access rules, rate limits, or moderation.
- Reselling access or misrepresenting who runs an event.
Event etiquette (enforced by hosts, backed by us)
Hosts set the discipline (preview, retake, hide rules) and may hide any photo without explanation. Guests photograph people at a private event: respect "please not me" requests in the room. The delete-request flow exists for a reason — use it.
Enforcement
Automated systems (nudity screening, CSAM hash-matching) may hide photos pending review. We may remove content, freeze events, suspend accounts, and, where the law requires, report to authorities. Appeals: [email protected].
