SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent for Enterprise events on Unseen Roll, operated by Necati Atahan, an individual doing business as Unseen Roll.

What we send

SMS is transactional only: event invitations, one-time sign-in codes, and event-related messages. We do not send marketing SMS. Message frequency varies with the event (typically one invitation and any codes you request). Message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Where your number comes from

The event's organizer provides guest phone numbers and confirms, at the time of submission, that they have the necessary consent and authority to invite those numbers. Invitations are sent only to numbers submitted this way or that otherwise opted in.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to stop receiving messages; the opt-out is processed by our SMS provider and we do not send to opted-out numbers. Reply HELP or contact [email protected] for help. Opting out of invitations may prevent SMS sign-in codes for that event; you can still ask the event host for another way in, where offered.

Records

We log SMS activity (number, message type, delivery status, opt-outs) for compliance and abuse prevention; see the Privacy Policy (https://unseenroll.com/legal/privacy) for retention.
