Enterprise Terms
Effective date: [SEPTEMBER 1, 2026] · Version v1.1-2026
Draft prepared for counsel review. Do not treat as final legal advice.
These Enterprise Terms govern accounts and events arranged directly with Unseen Roll, operated by Necati Atahan, an individual doing business as Unseen Roll (the "Operator"). They supplement the Terms of Service (https://unseenroll.com/legal/terms), which apply to Enterprise accounts except as modified here. A separately signed written agreement between the Enterprise Customer and the Operator controls over both to the extent of any conflict.
1. Account and members
The Enterprise Customer designates members (owner, admin, manager, operator roles) who may create events, manage branding, and send invitations on its behalf. The Customer is responsible for its members' use of the account. Access is by magic-link email sign-in; the Customer keeps its member list current.
2. Commercial terms
Enterprise events are priced by agreement (order, quote, or written arrangement) rather than by the public pricing page. Unless agreed otherwise in writing: fees are due as invoiced, and the consumer refund tiers in the Terms of Service do not apply to contract-priced events — cancellation and rescheduling follow the agreed order or, absent one, a reasonable accommodation determined case by case.
3. Content, ownership, and license
The Terms of Service content rules apply unchanged: photographers retain copyright ownership of their photos; Unseen Roll receives the operational license described in the Terms of Service (Section 7); and the Enterprise Customer receives the host-side rights the product provides (view, download, curate, share within the event, and any agreed white-label presentation). These Enterprise Terms do not transfer copyright ownership of any photograph to the Enterprise Customer or to Unseen Roll. Any copyright assignment or special ownership arrangement requires a separate written agreement specifically accepted by the parties; none is offered in the standard product.
4. SMS invitations
The Customer submits guest phone numbers for SMS invitations and one-time codes and represents, on each submission, that it has the necessary consent and authority to invite those numbers, in compliance with applicable law (including the TCPA). The SMS Terms (https://unseenroll.com/legal/sms) apply. The Customer will not submit numbers obtained from purchased lists or without a relationship to the event.
5. Guest experience and data
Enterprise guests join by phone verification without a full account. Guest consent (18+, the disposable mechanic, visibility rules) is collected and versioned exactly as in consumer events. Guest personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy (https://unseenroll.com/legal/privacy); the Customer receives event-level participation and invitation status, not guests' private contact preferences.
6. Responsibility and liability
The Host responsibilities in the Terms of Service (Section 8) apply to the Customer for each of its events. The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service (Section 13) apply, with the 12-month amount measured across the Customer's payments for the affected account. Future negotiated agreements (MSA, data-processing addendum, security addendum) may supplement or replace these Enterprise Terms for a specific Customer.
7. Acceptance
These Enterprise Terms are accepted once per account by a member with authority to bind the Customer; the acceptance (member, timestamp, versions of these Enterprise Terms and the Terms of Service) is recorded. Continued use of the Enterprise features after material updates, notified to the account, constitutes acceptance of the updated version where permitted by law; otherwise re-acceptance is requested.
