Before you write

• Your event code (six digits, on the invite/QR) makes everything faster.
• Photos missing after the reveal? Open the camera once more — offline shots upload when the app reopens.
• Sign-in loops: use the same Apple/Google account you joined with.
• Payment questions: where Stripe is the merchant of record, the charge on your statement is from Stripe.

What we will never ask for

Your password, a one-time code, or a payment outside Stripe. If someone does, it is not us — forward it to [email protected].
