Hosts can always download originals one at a time at no cost. The ZIP puts the whole roll into one download.

Who can download what
Hosts get full-size originals. Guests download their own shots in medium size with a small watermark.

Cancel before the first guest scans.
Part of the package price comes back; how much depends on how close the original event date is. Rescheduling is free and unlimited within a year of that date, but it waives the refund option. Extras are not refundable.

Pricing questions
Can I start free?
Yes. Up to 10 guests, one 12-shot roll each, no card. If the guest list grows past 10, the price steps up from $4.90.
What happens if my guest count changes?
If your guest count grows after purchase, contact us about upgrading before the first guest scans; you pay only the difference. Counts never go down, and there is no refund for unused rolls.
Can guests buy another roll?
No. Guests never pay anything. You choose how many rolls each guest gets, from one to five, when you create the event.
When am I charged?
Once, at checkout, when you create the event. Free events skip checkout entirely. Extras added later are charged when you add them.
What costs extra?
Only two things, and both are optional: a ZIP of every original ($4.90 to $19.90 upfront, $24.90 afterwards) and an extra year of gallery time ($19.90).
Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled?
Cancel before the first guest scans: 75% back more than 7 days before the original date, 50% between 72 hours and 7 days, 25% between 24 and 72 hours, none inside 24 hours. Rescheduling waives refunds. A failure on our side is refunded in full.
